Aaron Penwill
Aaron's spent over 15 years leading transformation programmes for FTSE 250 organisations. Former Global Learning and Development Leader for De La Rue and Continuous Improvement Director for Balfour Beatty Plc.
He's a speaker on the Vistage circuit and regularly talks at Disrupt HR, PMI and Constructing Excellence events. He is a go-to person for lean and agile practices.
Aaron's a loving husband and proud dad of two adorable children. For fun he likes to be adventurous, competing in events like the Marathon Des Sables, pitching himself against the north sea swells and ripping up dirt on gravel tracks. He's never too far away from his running shoes, gravel bike or surfboard.

Sallie Brodie
Sallie is our customer-centric, mother hen of organisations. She has extensive customer-facing experience. She has lived and worked internationally and is a social butterfly who delivers waves of positivity. At the Lean Practice, Sallie ensures that all of our clients have everything they need, as well as supporting our wider team. Outside of work, you'll find her doing something for someone. A proud mummy, never too far from her loved ones.

Marc Jordan
Marc has a wealth of experience in change management with a successful background and a passion for turning Operational Excellence theory into everyday practice. He has an impressive track record of achievement from working in Managing and Operational Director roles internationally and across various business sectors.
Marc has a collegiate approach, and his success has come from introducing lean methodologies and operational best practices and, just as importantly, through developing people.
Marc is a multi-award winner, having received recognition for Business Impact, Transformation and Excellence both on the continent and in the UK.
He loves spending time with his family and his dogs and has an affection for Leicester City

Matt Weaver
Matt leads his own consultancy and brings to Lean Practice his experience working in Engineering and Operations for 25 years in multiple roles in the UK and Internationally. He’s got a passion for driving change through embedding Operational Excellence principles.
Outside of work, Matt’s enjoys spending time with his with wife and two kids and being outdoors, whether that’s mountain or gravel biking, walking or snowboarding.
