Neurochemicals
Get a good dose of feel good chemicals every time you use the system
Over the last 15 years, we know more about the brain and how it functions than the previous 50 years combined. We now understand that certain chemicals in the brain are released, causing us to feel emotions.
These chemicals induce action; they either warn us to stop taking a specific action which may be harmful to us or try to reinforce particular activities that are good for us.
We have tapped into this to use neuro-chemicals as a way to reinforce the use of our system so we make it easier for your team to adopt and make it stick.
There are four critical chemicals in play:
Dopamine - Motivates us to achieve incremental goals. Every time activity or action is complete; dopamine is released. It's even released before when creating plans in anticipation of achieving our purpose, driving our motivation to get things done.
Oxytocin - The chemical of connection and love, released when we work together as a cohesive group. Challenging each other and having skin in the game, helps us bond together as a small family unit that feeling of protection and safety created by trust in each other.
Serotonin - Its the feeling of pride and recognition. It drives us to seek recognition of others reinforcing our relationship and allegiance to each other. It encourages us to get things done for others.
Endorphins - this is the chemical that makes the pain go away. It's for enduring difficulties. It's what makes us keep going when dealing with lots of issues and problems. Our system makes the reality of progress clear to trigger this chemical if we are off track we persevere to get back on track.
